College Visits at IA
IA welcomed over 30 colleges and universities during the 2025/26 school year. These visits are a great way for our students to gain valuable information from a variety of universities. We bring in schools from all over the country. NYU, Syracuse University, Columbia, Yale, Princeton, Spelman, Ohio State, Vanderbilt and Purdue are just a few that have come to IA this year. We have also brought in many Georgia schools such as, Kennesaw State, UGA, GA Tech, and Middle Georgia State University.
Most colleges send their local representative that could be the one that reads their application. This is a great, intimate opportunity for our students to make an impression. IA students can also get a better understanding of what the school has to offer without having to make a trip to their campus.
If you are interested in a school, stop by Flight School and talk to Ms. Mckenzie. She may have a contact or be able to get their rep to visit us at Innovation Academy.
Ms. Mckenzie has also welcomed representatives from various branches of the armed forces, should that be an avenue you wish to explore.
