Welcome to FCS Innovation Academy, a magnet STEM high school serving students in North Fulton County. Our mission is to provide relevant experiences that foster authentic learning, so our students can succeed in a rapidly changing world. We utilize design-thinking, project-based learning, research, and inquiry to provide the necessary skills and foster a passion for ongoing learning.

Students Must Apply to Attend

As a magnet school, students must apply to attend FCS Innovation Academy. Students must apply to FCS IA during their 8th grade year. Acceptance is based on a randomly-generated lottery. Only students who live in the north Fulton attendance zones can attend FCS Innovation Academy.

Applications for the 2026-27 School Year closed on January 9th, 2026. Information about the 2027-28 School Year will be added in the fall of 2026.
